About Adapted Fitness Program at UW-Madison

The Adapted Fitness Program provides personalized training for individuals with diverse abilities, helping them build strength, confidence, and independence in a supportive environment. Through our student-led teams, clients work toward their unique fitness goals with guidance from our undergraduate volunteers. This program serves as a learning experience for students, who gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing individualized fitness plans, while clients receive personalized support to explore new approaches to exercise in an inclusive and empowering space.
